About Me
Hi, I'm Dani
I spent nearly two decades building my own career in corporate HR and business leadership, most recently serving as a Director of Business Solutions within a Fortune 500 organization. My experiences have shaped how I coach and consult today: I understand both the human side of leadership and the business realities leaders and organizations are accountable for every day.
My work now sits at the intersection of people, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and meaningful change.
I bring a combination of real-world business experience, coaching expertise, organizational development research, and a healthy dose of curiosity to every engagement.
Credentials & Approach
I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I also hold a Master's degree, Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credentials, and I am completing my Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Leadership.
I’m certified in MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory (SII) and am a Strengths educator. I appreciate applying assessments with teams and individuals at strategic moments because good data can give us another lens through which to understand ourselves, our teams, and how we show up at work.
data + reflection + honest conversation = powerful insight.
Executive & Leadership Coaching
Leadership can be rewarding, but it can also be lonely, complicated, and downright messy. Executive coaching creates space to step outside the day-to-day noise and think differently about the challenges in front of you.
You are the expert on you, your role, and your organization. My role isn't to hand you a prescribed answer. I'm your thought partner, the person who asks the questions that make you challenge assumptions, see new possibilities, gain perspective, and turn insight into meaningful action.
My approach is empathetic, practical, and human-centered, blending real-world experience with tools such as assessments, visualization, somatic approaches, and a little adventure.
I believe coaching can be as lighthearted or serious as you need it to be. My goal is to partner with you to reconnect with what matters, create momentum, and build new ways of leading and living that feels sustainable and authentic.
The goal isn't to create a perfect leader. It's to create a more intentional, capable, self-aware, and effective one.
HR & Organizational Consulting
When the people side of the business gets complicated, bring in someone who understands both sides of the equation.
Organizations are constantly evolving, and change is always on. Leaders are navigating growth, new ways of working, competing priorities, shifting expectations, complex people dynamics—and the expectation to continue delivering business results through it all.
That's where I come in.
I partner with executives, HR leaders, and organizations as a strategic thought partner and advisor, helping make sense of complex challenges, challenge assumptions, create clarity, and determine what needs to happen next—the what, who, and by when.
I bring the perspective of someone who has actually led inside a complex corporate environment, from supporting individual departments and locations to helping drive enterprise-scale initiatives. My work blends business strategy, HR experience, organizational development, and the human side of leadership to help organizations and their people navigate change and win together.
My role is customized to what your team actually needs. I've been the leader accountable for the work, the coach in the room helping another leader find their edge, the outside perspective that sees what the team can't, and the person willing to challenge groupthink and “the way we've always done it.”
And when the work needs to get done? I roll up my sleeves and get in it with you.
That's the kind of consulting I do.
Workshops & Team Development
Team development is better when we have the whole room—and the time to really do the work.
I design and facilitate interactive workshops for leaders, HR teams, and organizations, both virtually and in person.
I'm intentional about incorporating adult learning principles, audience dynamics, power dynamics, team norms, and psychological safety into the design from the start. The goal isn't simply to deliver information. It's to create the conditions for people to think differently, have better conversations, and leave with meaningful insight and action.
Workshops can be customized around your organization's goals and designed as a single experience or a series that builds over time.
And if you'd rather build the capability internally, I can also design the experience and train your leaders to facilitate it themselves—unless the topic or circumstances call for an experienced or certified facilitator.
The best workshops create space for people to think, talk, practice, challenge assumptions, and leave with something they can actually use.
